the difference a couple days can make

It's amazing in all walks of life how different things can become over the period of just a couple days.  The last picture I shared with you was the lake thawing.  Two days later on my next run the lake was entirely melted and alive.

Everything is new once again.  Sometimes we (I) become so caught up in things that we (I) lose sight of the fact that in a couple days some of these things won't matter any more, will no longer be a problem and/or will have solved themselves.

Christian came home late Wednesday night, so great to have him home again.  To confirm, he never took pictures like I showed in the last post.  He said that Holland from above was just brown and green. :)
