We have a (new) date! Good news for our US family and friends because it will be in Downingtown, PA. It is very short notice but we've got an amazingly supportive network of family and friends. It will be done!
Many details are to be confirmed and my priority right now is getting the actual ceremony details sorted. We have confirmed our reception venue will by at my aunt and uncle's beautiful home in Downingtown, PA.
By the end of this week (by 7/31) I hope to:
- Confirm the location of the ceremony
- Have invitations out in the mail with all confirmed details
- Book a wedding block at a local hotel for a good rate
I will let you know that we are not registering for our wedding as I am moving to Denmark and can't bring much with me! However, we would love it if you could contribute to the wedding by bringing an hors dourves or a dish. I don't know what exactly we need yet, but if you know this is something you would be interested in helping with, definitely let us know!
If you have any thing specific you want to help us with for planning the big day that is completely welcome. My sanity is likely to dwindle throughout August. But what's most important is that WE'RE GETTING MARRIED and we simply couldn't be happier.

You know I will help cook/prepare any food that I can. Also if you need help planning anything or just plain need to vent, give me a ring and I would be glad to help and listen. :) Planning is my past life so I am kind of good at it.

I'm stocking up on pickled herring and schnaps.
